These Lifting Knee Wraps by Yowie provide extra support and stability to your knees for heavy leg day workouts. They can help you add weight to your workouts so you can reach your full power potential while managing injury risk.
Our knee sleeves:
– Provide substantial support while allowing enough movement for you to bend and execute lifts. Especially helpful for heavy squats, deadlifts, and other leg focused lifts
– Keep knees warm during workouts, helping reduce risk of injury
– Conform to your legs. Wraps conform to the size and shape of your leg and can be adjusted to your ideal fit, tightness, and tension. This form of support offers the most flexibility and control over fit. Wraps can even be tightened for certain lifts and wrapped more loosely for others
– Made to last. Durable, thick material with a slight stretch and velcro fasten
– 1.8 metres long. Wraps are made of enough material to fully cover and support your knees (long enough even when they’re connected to solid quads and calves ). Appropriate for both men and women
To use, position the fabric below your knee and wrap upward at the desired tightness. Secure in place above your knee using the velcro.
Please note that whilst knee wraps can help reduce the risk of injury and can be used to train during recovery from injury, they are not a substitute for safe lifting.
