To use:
– Shake the bottle
– Apply the desired amount of chalk. Most prefer about 2 drops
– Let dry with palms open for ~15 to 30 seconds
– Lift or climb
– Reapply as needed throughout your workout. Sweat may cause chalk to rinse off
– Rinse off when done
