802.11n Technology for Extreme Performance and Coverage

SBG3300N featuring 802.11n Technology provides the ultimate solution for speed and coverage. With data rate up to 300 Mbps, SBG3300N provides stable and reliable wireless connections for high speed data and multimedia delivery. It eliminates dead zones and extends coverage by using coming IEEE 802.11n technology and backwards compatible with any IEEE 802.11b/g Wi-Fi certified device.
Multiple SSIDs and guest/limited wireless accounts allow companies to separate public Internet from private LAN access.
With guest SSID feature, it’s easy to share the wireless environment without security concern. Guest could be only allowed to access the database with permission to ensure those confidential information won’t be disclosed.

Robust Firewall & Secure VPN

Firewall works at the network layer by examining a packet’s header and footer in addition to ensuring the packet belongs to a valid session. Based on Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI), DoS (Denial of Service) and DDoS features, SBG3300N provides the first line defense against hackers, network intruders, and other harmful threats.
Besides, SBG3300N allows companies to establish Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections with business partners, as well as remote and branch offices. VPN uses data encryption and the Internet to provide transparent, secure communications between two or more sites without the expense of leased site-to-site lines.
Using IPSec VPN, companies can secure connections to branch offices, partners and headquarters. Road warriors and telecommuters can use L2TP or PPTP VPN to safely access the company network without having to install VPN software. SBG Series provides a flexible and easy way to enable mobile employees, vendors and partners to confidently access the network resource for better efficiency.

Multi-WAN Connectivity with Load Balancing and Failover

SBG3300N has multiple WAN interfaces, DSL, Ethernet and USB 3G dongle, which can be used either for WAN-Backup or load balancing. WAN-Backup provides contingency in case of the primary line or ISP suffering temporary outage. When normal services are restored to the primary line, all traffic is switched back to that. This function enables highly reliable connectivity and flexibility upon to different applications.
The USB/3G access method can be used as the primary internet connection as well. This would be ideal for temporary locations or mobile applications where broadband access is not available.

Comprehensive management
SBG3300 offers two-level login privilege to differentiate user segments. ISP could also define the rights among limited accounts and easily manage them with integrated profile database.
