Overview:
This module is a non-isolated step-up module designed for boosting voltage efficiently. With an input voltage range of 10-32V, it can generate an adjustable output voltage ranging from 12V to 35V. It supports a maximum output current of 6A, with an input current of up to 10A (enhanced heat dissipation recommended for currents exceeding 10A). The module is capable of delivering a maximum output power of 150W, provided adequate heat dissipation measures are taken. It’s suitable for driving various devices, including dual-core notebooks up to 65W or 90W, and can be used to power a 19V 3.42A notebook from a 12V battery. With a high conversion efficiency of 94% (measured at input 16V and output 19V 2.5A), it ensures efficient power conversion with minimal energy loss. The output ripple is kept within 2% (max) with a bandwidth of 20m, ensuring stable output voltage. Operating temperature ranges from -40 C to +85 C (industrial grade), with a full load temperature rise of 45 C. The module features a typical no-load current of 25mA and a dynamic response speed of 5% within 200uS. While it lacks built-in short circuit and input reverse polarity protection, it’s advisable to install fuses and protection circuits at the input port for added safety. Common applications include DIY vehicle power supplies with adjustable output, as well as car laptop power supplies connected to a 12V power source.
