500ml Trigger Spray Camp Guard Waterproofing Sealant

Introducing Camp Guard the Ultimate Canvas Sealant: Protects tents, terpaulins and any textured materials (like backpacks, jackets, patio cushions, etc) and stitching from UV Rays, rotting and moulding.

Camp Guard waterproofing sealant is a is a concentrated resealing compound with water repellent and anti-fungicidal properties, that protect and prolong the life of canvas. Unlike a waterborne waterproofing compound designed to penetrate fabrics, Camp Guard is a silicone based sealant adding an additional protective layer on top of your material

The efficiency of Camp Guard is dependent on the condition of the canvas being treated.

Directions: Thoroughly clean the surface using a brush, do not use detergent or soap. The surface must be clean and dry before application. Apply Camp Guard evenly with a soft paint brush or spray-gun. Seams and worn patches will require extra sealant. TEST A SMALL SECTION FIRST. Apply Camp Guard in sections from the outer top of the tent making sure Camp Guard penetrates the fabric.

Camp Guard will cure in 7 hours. Clean spraying equipment thoroughly with turpentine.

Helpful Tips!

Dipping: Smaller items may be dipped in a bath of Camp Guard to ensure complete coverage. Ensure the item is moved around to clear any air voids and hang to dry to remove excess.

Precautions:
– Avoid excessive inhalation. Gloves, mask, and safety glasses are recommended.
– Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. Keep out of reach of children.
– Flammable, no smoking, keep away from sources of ignition.
– In case of accidental contact, wash thoroughly with soap and warm water.
– If use results in accidental illness, consult doctor immediately.
– Make sure Camp Guard does not come into contact with e.g Tar Mac, PVC, Rubbers.
