Overview:
This DC-DC step-down module is designed for applications that require a high voltage drop to low voltage and large current. It features high-performance original electronic components, ensuring stable overall performance. With a wide input and output voltage range, it can deliver high current and high power. The module provides constant voltage and constant current output, with continuously adjustable voltage and current. It includes an external output switch signal terminal and an external voltage and current analogue signal input terminal, allowing control via a single-chip microcomputer. The module also incorporates an intelligent temperature control fan for efficient heat dissipation.

User Instructions:
Ensure correct polarity of input and output connections.
Operate within the specified voltage range to prevent module damage.
Adjust the output voltage and current as needed. Turn the potentiometer counter clockwise approximately 30 turns on first use
Turn the potentiometer counter clockwise to increase output current/ voltage and clockwise to decrease it. The minimum current setting is 1A.
If the input voltage is below 30V and the output is below 12V, the module can be short-circuited without damage. Use an ammeter to measure the modulated output current, preferably at low voltage.
When adjusting the output current, measure the output current reference point voltage using the mV range of a multi-meter. Every 2mV corresponds to 1A of output current. Adjust the reference voltage as required.
When using external analogue signals to adjust voltage and current, use a 0-5V external voltage signal. Pay attention to the correct polarity when connecting. Note that the external signal requires a separate power supply and should not share the ground wire with the module to prevent damage.
