Product Overview
The MAX4417EUA+ is a low power, +3V/+5V, 400MHz single supply operational amplifier (op-amp) with rail to rail outputs in 8 pin µMAX package. This single op-amp is compensated for closed-loop gains of +5V/V or greater and exhibit a common-mode input voltage range that extends from 100mV below ground to within 1.5V of the positive supply rail with a 470V/µs slew rate. Internal feedback around the output stage ensures low open-loop output impedance reducing gain sensitivity to load variations. This feedback also produces demand-driven current bias to the output transistors. The combination of high-speed, ultra low power, low distortion, excellent harmonic distortion and differential gain/phase performance makes op-amp ideal for low power/low voltage, high-speed portable systems.
