L-glycine is one of the 20 amino acids used in the body to build protein. L-glycine is usually naturally availably in the body but chronic inflammation, aging, physical trauma and certain medications can decrease this amino acid in the body and a supplement might be needed. It is seen as a great “superfood” as it has an integral role in formation of collagen and gelatin.

USES
Promotes muscle growth, repairs and protects joints and cartilage, improves digestion, improves skin health.

DOSAGE
2 Scoops of powder with 200ml of water per day, 30 minutes before a meal.

CAUTION
Not safe during pregnancy or breast feeding.
