This can be used to enhance that barrel aged colour in you home distilled products, including Brandy, Whiskey and Rum.

It is preferable to add the caramel 1 drop or 1 ml at a time in order to prevent over colouring. Do this until you reach your desired shade.

NB: Spirit Caramel should be added to boiling water first to prevent it from solidifying.
