Dosage:
– 1 gram per litre. Use in conjunction with DAP or Yeast nutrients.
– Temperature range: 12°C â 16°C
– Alcohol tolerance: 17% ABV
– Sugar tolerance: 27 Brix
Rehydration Protocol:
– Rehydrate yeast in 10 times its weight in water, at 35°C for 15 minutes.
– Add a small amount of the sugary medium (approximately 10% V/V) to the rehydrated yeast and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
– Add the rehydrated yeast to the sugary medium and mix well.
