Medium: comfortably fits a size 34A-D. If you have a larger cup size, like D &E and you are pregnant and still need space to get milk, consider taking a large. 

Large: comfortably fits a size 36A-D. If you have a larger cup size, like D or E, consider taking XL;

X Large comfortably fits a size 38A-D If you have a larger cup size, like D or E, consider taking an XXL.

XXL comfortably fits a size 40A-D. If you are an E, it might be tight. The cups are removable if you need more space though.
