Due to the nature of the formulation and the special character of Lanolin combined with other emollients, it is useful in the treatment of other dry skin conditions like certain dry eczema, psoriasis and dry and cracked skin areas like hands, feet and elbows.

It may also be very useful if used as a massage cream for the prevention of pressure/bed sores. When massaged into the high risk areas where bed sores are most likely to form, blood flow is stimulated both by massaging the area as well as the action of Niacinamide in the formula. The anti-inflammatory action helps to prevent lesions caused by prolonged localised pressure that results in necrosis of tissue.
