Hyssop essential oil has antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. It also has calming and relaxing properties. Combining a few drops of hyssop oil with vegetable carrier oil can create soothing massage oil that benefits the muscles
How to use hyssop essential oil:
Put 3 to 5 drops of the essential oil in an ounce of carrier oil such as sweet almond oil or warmed coconut oil.
Where to use hyssop essential oil:
1. In DIY bath oils and shower gels.
2. Diluted in a carrier oil and added to a warm bath mixed with carrier oil, such as almond oil, and applied topically or as massage oil.
Precautions: Essential oils require dilution for topical usage. Do not use undiluted essential oils on your skin. For facial applications such as masks or oils, a 1% or less dilution is recommended. For massages oils and other leave-on body products, a 2% dilution is recommended, and for other rinse-off bath and body products, 3% is recommended
Do not consume. Store in original container, in a cool, dark place, and out of direct light and children
