  To use the Mask, apply a thick layer of the mask to clean skin and leave it on for 10 minutes once a week, then rinse it off with lukewarm water. This mask can also be used as a spot treatment. Apply a small amount to breakout area, leave it on for 10 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water. Use as needed.

If mild sensitivity or irritation occurs, reduce frequency of use until skin adjusts. Stop use of product/s completely if more severe reaction occurs or if you have a compromised skin barrier or a sensitive skin.
