Sleep plays an important role in weight management. Getting enough sleep may help prevent increases in calorie intake and appetite that can happen when you are sleep deprived. Lack of sleep can increase cravings for energy-dense, high-carbohydrate foods.

We have thus formulated Betul_fit sleep tea to help avoid obesity and help you relax and fall asleep easy especially during times of stress.

Ingredients: Chamomile leaves, Peppermint leaves, Linden blossoms, Passion flower, Reishi mushroom, Lemon verbena, Butterfly tea leaves.

Contains no caffeine, added sugar, sweeteners, artificial preservatives or colorants.

Brewing instructions:

Add 1 tea bag to freshly boiled water
Allow to brew for 3 minutes
Drink 1 cup before bed
Recommendations: It is recommended to drink the tea with 250ml boiling water before bed every night.

Store in a cool, dry place at/below 25 c
